The floor was soaking wet from the AC unit to the bed. The door to the bathroom did not close. The dresser drawers had tape on them to keep things together I assume. The refrigerator tilted when opened. The temperature was locked into one setting and couldn’t change. Just to name a few of the issues we had noticed when we stayed. When I informed the front desk, it seemed like that was nothing new. Would not recommend

They just need to do some deep cleaning here at this hotel and put in new A/C units in the rooms! Other than that it was ok jus to have a little bit fun and just to go to sleep because u been on the road to long JS! Its alright 😏

While there were positive aspects, such as a clean lobby, polite front desk staff, and a clean, comfortable bed, several issues made the overall experience mediocre. Upon arrival, the front desk agent was asking incoming guests for job opportunities, which felt unprofessional. In our room, the furniture was old and run-down, the microwave did not work properly, and the TV was exceptionally small. The mini fridge was disconnected when we arrived, and once plugged in, it made a ticking sound all night. Additionally, the AC could not maintain my preferred temperature of 65 degrees. The breakfast? What breakfast? No options and not enough is all am gonna say cause I dont eat oatmeal everyday. To top it off, our room was never cleaned during our three-night stay. On our final morning, we found no towels in the room before showering and had to request them from the front desk later that day. Given the experience, it felt like a case of getting what you pay for, but I hope you will address these maintenance and service issues for future guests.
